We're thrilled to present the 2020/21 SPAR Lancashire School Games. A very warm welcome to you all.
Following on from the success of last year’s SPAR Lancashire School Games Stay at Home Programme, and with the restrictions during this academic year the Lancashire School Games will be a virtual and online offering for 2021.
The SPAR Lancashire School Games aims to support children’s wider development, including their ability to re-socialise and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. The festivals delivered both virtually and face to face will be fun, and based on the needs of young people.
To recognise and support Mental Health Awareness Week, the SPAR Lancashire School Games will provide 5 ways to wellbeing resources to allow young people to; Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Learn and Give.
The resources for this week will allow Schools, children and families to be active to support help achieve a positive and mental wellbeing.
The annual SPAR Lancashire School Games summer festival will once again be an online and virtual offering. On the 22nd June, to coincide with National School Sport Week, The SPAR Lancashire School Games summer festival will provide schools with resources and activities that are fun, and help young people move more.
The resources will go live the week commencing 21st June 2021.

You can also encourage pupils to make a Happiness Pledge and design a game for the SPAR Lancashire School Games Summer festival in June 2021.
