School Games 2023 returning to Stanley Park, Blackpool

We're thrilled to present the 2022/23 SPAR Lancashire School Games. A very warm welcome to you all.

Following on from the success of last year’s SPAR Lancashire School Games Festival at Stanley Park in Blackpool - the home of Lancashire School Games, which was the first event following the pandemic; we are thrilled that we will be delivering another live School Games Festival in 2023.

The SPAR Lancashire School Games aims to support children’s wider development, including their ability to re-socialise and improve their physical and mental wellbeing. The festival will be fun, inclusive and based on the needs of young people. The School Games Values, seen on the right, are a fundamental part of the planning, delivery and participation of the event. We wish to see every participant adhering to and demonstrating these values.

SPAR Lancashire School Games 2023

Our showpiece summer School Games Festival takes place in Stanley Park, Blackpool on the 4th July. It is the 16th year we have SPAR our sponsors supporting the games in Lancashire.

The event aims to provide children and young people with fun, positive experiences to be active and move, as well as providing suitable competitive opportunities for all young people.
