“I enjoy the variety that the role brings, it is great to see children enjoying themselves and trying their hardest at sports events – how small moments can create lasting memories for young people, but I also enjoy meeting with various key partners to find new ways of developing our offer to primary schools. I should also mention the network of PE leads and staff within Burnley sports partnership – they are a great bunch and I have a lot oif respect for their constant drive and willingness to support young people to take part in PE and sport“.
Fun fact:
“I am strangely good at press ups and word searches – although at this point I have not yet attempted to try them at the same time”
